No Return & No Exchange Policy
Important Notice: All sales are final. NS Enterprises does not accept returns or exchanges on any products.
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our salon furniture products. However, due to the nature of our business and the custom requirements of our clients, we operate under a strict no return and no exchange policy. All purchases are considered final once the transaction is completed and the product is delivered.
Why No Returns or Exchanges?
- Salon furniture is often customized or selected based on specific client requirements
- Products may be specially ordered or manufactured according to customer specifications
- Hygiene and quality standards prevent resale of delivered furniture items
- Once unpacked or assembled, products cannot be returned to inventory
Pre-Purchase Inspection
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we strongly encourage you to:
- Visit our showroom to inspect products before purchase
- Review product specifications, dimensions, and features carefully
- Ask our sales team any questions about the product
- Verify color, material, and finish options before placing your order
- Confirm delivery timelines and installation requirements
Delivery Inspection
Critical: You must thoroughly inspect all products at the time of delivery in the presence of our delivery personnel.
What to Check:
- Physical damage, scratches, or dents on the furniture
- Verify the correct model, color, and specifications as ordered
- Check for missing parts, accessories, or hardware
- Ensure packaging is intact and items are properly protected
- Count the quantity of items delivered against your order
Important: Any issues must be reported immediately at the time of delivery. Once you sign the delivery receipt, you acknowledge that the product has been received in good condition.
Damaged or Defective Products
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately:
- Report damage or defects at the time of delivery before signing the receipt
- For manufacturing defects discovered within 48 hours of delivery, contact us with photographic evidence
- We will assess the issue and provide repair, replacement parts, or other appropriate resolution
Note: This policy applies only to manufacturing defects or damage during transit. It does not cover damage caused by improper handling, installation, or use after delivery.
Warranty Coverage
Selected products come with manufacturer warranties covering specific defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty card provided with your purchase for detailed coverage information.
Warranty claims do not constitute returns or exchanges. Warranty service is provided directly by the manufacturer or through authorized service centers as per the warranty terms.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or manufacturing begins
- Once an order is dispatched or custom manufacturing has commenced, cancellation is not possible
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or in person
- Advance payment for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be refunded within 7-10 business days

- You have thoroughly reviewed and verified product specifications before purchase
- You understand and accept the no return and no exchange policy
- You have inspected products at the time of delivery
- All sales are final and binding once delivery is completed
